February is upon us already, and at UtilityClick we’re busy getting ready for a revamped release of our commissions and data module – Analytics. We’ve developed, we’ve tested, we’ve optimised, and we’re close to pushing out an improved module to our customers. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, this brings a more fluid and immersive experience when managing commission payments from suppliers – which, ultimately, means getting paid!
But that’s not all. We’ve just approved February’s list of incremental changes which we’re developing and releasing over the coming weeks. 90% of these have come straight from the wishes of our customer base – much-requested improvements which make life that little bit easier, and reduce the admin burden of running an energy consultancy. We’re adding bulk deletion of objects in the system, better filtering of active and inactive supplier products, greater data export functionality – little bits and bobs which can really make the difference to user experience.
But one of the most important changes we’re implementing is to refresh the flow of deals as they flow through the platform. As an end-to-end solution – from lead generation up to and including contract generation and sign-down – the tracking of deals and opportunities should be a transparent process. We think we can make it even easier, and we’re implementing additional deal status options and functionality to better highlight progress of any opportunity or contract from inception to commission payment.
Sometimes, the small changes are the best ones and can add most value to the platform.
With the Analytics release approaching and a host of smaller changes in development, we’re excited about what February has to bring!
