The success we’re enjoying at UtilityClick means we’re making new hires to expand our team!
As we run up to the end of our third year as a business, we’re lucky enough to be able to reflect back on another 12 months of continued growth and success in our sector. We’ve brought the platform a long way through modular and incremental development, and we’re spending more man hours than ever on upgrading the features which are available to our users. I’ll save the in-depth analysis of the leaps and bounds we have made for another blog – and I’m already getting excited thinking about it!
We’ve also expanded our customer base significantly; more than tripling our user base and spreading the benefits of the UtilityClick platform to a rapidly increasing number of TPIs looking for an end-to-end solution to manage the needs of their customers, staff and management teams. Proven software and satisfied customers have really helped us to make our mark.
This is an extremely positive position for us, and we’re delighted to announce further team expansion as we look to build on our successes and secure our position as the premium platform for energy brokers. We’ve made a hire in the development team after agonising over 100+ applications from expert .NET coders, and are pleased to be welcoming a new coding guru who will be working with the other developers to build and maintain the features which make our software so unique.
We’re also building on our customer support function, with an experienced relationship manager looking to enhance the strong connections we have to the management teams within our customers. More details to follow!
