It’s so important to us to provide prompt and reliable customer support. So we’re expanding (again!) as we continue to expand our offering to the masses!
It is fair to say that it has been a busy few months for us on the HR front. As I mentioned in a previous post, our development team expanded in April with the addition of all-round-nice-guy and top coder Slava. And he’s plunged straight in. We’ve been extremely busy building exciting new API functionality on the pricing front (more details to follow…) and tidying up a number of key features in the system as we look to the next modules on the horizon.
In the Customer Services team, we’ve made some changes too. I’m pleased to welcome Ben Shapland, who joins us as a Relationship Manager, responsible for the on-boarding and integration of customers into the UtilityClick system. He joins us with the dream combination of energy and software experience, so we’re expecting big things (no pressure, Ben!) We’ll be introducing Ben to our customers over the coming few months – and he’ll no doubt be visiting a boardroom near you in the very near future!
